B씨가 당한 범죄는 스미싱이다.이 문제는 URL을 메시지로 보내 클릭하게 한 직후 악성코드를 심는 방식이다.기관이나 지인을 사칭한 문자 메시지와 같이 웹페이지 주소를 보낸다는 점이 특징이다.이럴 때 개인 금융정보가 빠져나가거나 소액결제 피해를 입을 우려가 크다.
신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “스마트폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕에 직접 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 이야기 했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “모바일 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 즉시 지급하고 있을 것입니다”고 설명하였다.
모바일 소액결제는 당월 사용한 결제 자금이 모바일 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이러한 경우 모바일 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 허나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕에 승인 취소가 불가하다.
