There's a musty smell in the guest bathroom, and I finally traced it to mold growing behind the drywall right where the shower pipe comes through. The plaster is soft and discolored, and the dark patches are spreading behind the paint. I'll have to cut out a section to see how bad the damage really is, but it's definitely coming from a slow leak in the plumbing.
